Traditionally, Rolfing is done as a series of 10 sessions spaced two weeks apart to give the body time to integrate each session.
That being said everyone’s body and financial situation is different. We will work together to design a program that works best for you.

There is a widespread belief that Rolfing is a painful process. I work with clients in a gentle, yet firm way that can often feel “intense”. If at any point you are feeling discomfort please let me know and I will adjust my pressure so you can continue being fully present in your body.

The focus of Rolf Structural Integration is on balancing the tensions in the connective tissue (or fascia) of the body rather than a conventional massage that relaxes the muscles. Both modalities touch and affect all other structures though our training and approach is different.
