As a young adult I participated in group somatic retreats to practice getting to know my body and it's communications to. During this time I attended the University of Alaska Anchorage studying anatomy & physiology and psychology. After graduating from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2015 I continued retreats as one of the in-house bodyworkers.

My work is inspired by a passion to understand how the body interacts and responds to physical and emotional trauma. I have continued exploring the connections between our relationship with self and others, and the natural world through trainings geared towards nerves, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, movement workshops and most recently somatic experiencing therapy.

In my free time I road trip around the US teaching myofascial release workshops at festivals around the country.
